Besins Healthcare (Hong Kong) Ltd v Commissioner of Inland Revenue (No 2) [2023] 1 HKLRD 224

 “The Court set out the relevant principles and applied them to the circumstances of the case.”

Re Estate of Lam Kam Wai (林金威) [2023] 1 HKLRD 277

“In regard to the appointment of independent professional administrators, this judgment: (i) gathers the relevant principles from four cases including two unreported ones; and (ii) takes note of a practice adopted by the big four audit firms. That is reflected in the first holding above.”
