“The Court recited many statements on the resolution of disputes as to testamentary capacity and ultimately had to, and did, proceed on the basis set out in the second of the above holdings. As to the time that elapsed between the conclusion of the hearing and the date of the judgment, the editor refrains from the making of any comment.”
TKY v YSGA [2025] 1 HKLRD 977
“This judgment addresses the approach to applications for legal costs provision orders, and demonstrates the need for such orders to be made on correct findings based on full and up to date information.”
