A new Asia Training & Support portal is set to launch on Monday, 15 September, bringing a fresh look and feel aligned with the global Thomson Reuters brand. This update ensures a more consistent experience across both local and international products, helping users navigate seamlessly regardless of the solution they use. The redesigned interface is paired with improved search capabilities, making it faster and easier to find the resources you need.

Beyond the refreshed design, the new portal opens exciting opportunities to expand training and support offerings. Users can expect access to recorded webinars, elearning modules, communities, and more—delivering greater flexibility and depth in how you learn and get help. If you currently use deep links to specific pages on the existing portal, you will need to update those links. If no action is taken, your existing links will automatically redirect to the new portal homepage. A list of links will shortly be available.

  1. Quick access to Legal, Tax, and Webinars content via drop-down menus.
  2. Regional hubs for the UK, US, and AEM, including New Zealand, Asia, and the Middle East.
  3. Global search across Thomson Reuters product support resources (UK, US, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, Asia, Korea, and more).
  4. Asia specific search to find targeted support materials (e.g., Westlaw Asia, Westlaw International Asia).
  5. Choose an AEM region e.g. https://training-aem.thomsonreuters.com/asia 
  6. Links to product pages for help videos and guides.
  7. Product specific pages e.g. Westlaw Asia.
  8. One-click Sign in to reach your product’s login page.
  9. Support materials neatly categorized for faster navigation.
  10. Localised Contact Us information at the bottom of every page e.g. telephone numbers, email addresses for Asia Trainers, Technical Support.
