Dayana is a Customer Training Specialist based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Prior to joining Thomson Reuters, Dayana had obtained her Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Malaya.  She then commenced her pupillage at a law firm and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor in the High Court of Malaya.

Dayana also has 4 years of experience in Training and Quality Assurance in the tech industry with a focus on content moderation and e-commerce. She is passionate in Learning and Development, incorporating both her legal and training expertise to deliver a positive customer experience.
