Estate of Siu Oi Chu (蕭愛珠), Re [2025] 2 HKLRD 1

“As to the plaintiffs’ willingness at the 11 September 2024 hearing to an extension, the Court referred to it as a sensible approach, given the implications as to costs and time of replacement. But by the time of the hearing on 30 December 2024, enough was seen to be enough. This judgment illustrates the practicalities of matters such as these.”
