Yum Siu Wah v Wong Chi Shing [2024] 2 HKLRD 1292

“The main importance of this case lies in the fourth holding above, especially what is said about the conventional multiplier/multiplicand methodology.”

HKSAR v Chang Yau Hung Alexander (張有洪) [2024] 2 HKLRD 1367

“As a matter of law, the holdings on the grounds of appeal which failed, especially the second holding, are very considerably more important than the fact-specific holding, namely the fifth holding, under which the appeal met with some limited success.”

HKSAR v Ko Shui Ching (高水晶) [2024] 2 HKLRD 1429

“The Court dealt with when the Li Jin direction was appropriate and when it was not appropriate.”
