Due to release in September 2024, the 4th edition of Tort Law and Practice in Hong Kong, has been thoroughly revised to take account of the many recent developments in this ever-dynamic area of law. The chapters on negligence, defences, defamation, vicarious liability, causation, trespass to person and economic torts have been largely rewritten. There are also new sections on diseases, sports liability, road users, public authority liability, child abuse, omissions, and online defamation. 

The Editor-in-Chief of Tort Law and Practice in Hong Kong is Mr Justice Kemal Bokhary GBM, NPJ. The General Editors are Dr Normann Witzleb and Dr Neerav Srivastava. They lead a team of 27 author contributors to this important work.
